Hill Training

My next hill race is looming and I really have not done enough training for it, so today I decided that I would head out into the hills, except like all well laid plans G decided that today was the day that she would be off school sick so I had to wait until later in the afternoon to head off before the sun set and I was left in darkness.

As well as contending with all the uphills, I now keep stopping to take photographs - no wonder it took me so long! Anyway, while fiddling with my little phone I discovered that it takes panoramic shots - who knew!

Think my training may be a case of too little, too late:( Oh well - onwards and upwards!
