World Shut Your Mouth....
My body's defence mechanism is sleep.
When I suffer a instant panic which is resolved - my body reacts by shutting down and begs me to sleep.
When I have a migraine the only means of fighting it is sleep.
When am busy, i keep going but I Am so tired this week, all I want to do is sleep.
Once I've had a good sleep I'm fine!
