Time for a change

So many people I know are right now talking about a career change.
Bad side: Why do so many not like their lives as they are and what at one point in their life seemed to be the right way?
Good side: We live in times that make it easy to change something you don't like (Except for it being winter way too long. Well, I could just move somewhere with seemingly eternal sunshine)
