Daytripping in Maassluis

Another typically Dutch scene for today's blip. Characteristic Dutch buildings along the Stadhuiskade in the city of Maassluis, just as the sun was beginning to set. Not a great deal to see here, it's a very tiny city with the most basic of amenities but it has a nice, quaint feel to it, woven with small canals.

Beautifully sunny, clear skies but a bitterly cold wind chilled me to the bone. Still, it was nice to get out, breathe fresh air and enjoy a change of scenery.
