Down with the lurgy, day4

I'm in self-imposed quarantine at home today, avoiding potentially spreading the nasty small-child-born-virus onto my work colleagues. Working at home is pretty good really; keeping warm with the stove and using some spare time to cook a batch of freezer meals for the kids.

Here I'm finishing off the black bean & sweet potato hash on top of the stove for it's last 10 minute simmer.
