Actually it's the beginnings of a pinata for Master C's sixth birthday. I've been instructed to paint it in the style of the Death Star as it's going to be a Star Wars themed party. Last time we made one, it was made up of about 10 layers of papier mache and took an older boy with a broom handle several vigorous attempts to break it open. This one is somewhat less sturdy and should do for four to six year olds.
