Higuma

When I lived in Paris, this was my favourite Japanese restaurant. Not the sushi-yakitori fake Japanese place so common in France, but a true, everyday-food one.
Since I left Paris nine years ago (wow, that's a shock, shouldn't have calculated that one!), many more restaurants opened in the city, and I'm sure some of them are really nice, but I still go to Higuma whenever I get the chance.
As you can see, I'm not the only one!
