Stuck on blue

The Conference Centre Dublin (CCD) used to change colours every few seconds, but it seems to be stuck on blue now: Must be a show of empathy for general mood of country from its developer owners, or maybe they just got their paypackets too.

(oh and you can see the 'bulb' is already gone in one section, supposed to last 50,000+hrs, but not here, another metaphor for state we are in).
