Some early signs of Spring - in January

A few plants, such as these snowdrops, are flowering already - Spring is early again this year, following a trend that has been widely noted in the UK (although last year was different with snow in February that delayed everything).

I didn't cycle, because.....it's raining (really must sort out my wet weather gear and tougher attitude). However, I wouldn't have seen these flowers if I'd been on the bike, so there's an up side to everything.
