Peeking

This little branch was doing its best to peek out of the snow today.

I feel like blipping is helping to show trends in my picture-taking and I'm getting the itch to branch out. I'd like to take more portraits, but the husband is getting tired of always having to be the model :) I guess I need to get more comfortable snapping strangers.

Are people generally receptive to a random person asking to take their photo? Advice would be greatly appreciated!
