Muffins

Poor day weather-wise so spent the day cooking. These are carrot muffins, with walnuts and cream cheese! I gave Ollie all the carrot peelings to compensate for a very short walk!

We got a wonderful cook book at Christmas, full of muffins and cupcakes, so we are working our way through it, scoring them out of 10! So far they have all been given 10/10!
