Visual Oasis

We got more snow last night. It is a beautiful frozen wasteland out there. Snow is clinging to all the trees, the roofs, the power lines. The piles at the end of the driveway are up to my shoulder. It looks like an ad for a ski resort!

Everything is WHITE. Relentlessly white. Even the sky.

My yearning artist's eye is drawn to the splash of color in the middle of the dining room table.

Ahhh....refreshing. Good for the soul.

So here's a little color hot toddy for all my Blip friends, on this monochromatic Winter's day.
