The Pointless Gate

Am I missing the point or is this gate completely random and pointless. It is situated in Strathclyde Park. If anyone knows or has suggestions for it's use please do leave a comment.

I'm off my shortly for my weekly befriending stint at the local care home for the elderly. I'm three weeks in and already I have loads of great stories. Last week I met a lady with Alzheimers who told me all about her teaching days during the war. We even had a wee sing song, actions and all. Unfortunately I don't know if she'll remember me this week but at least I know what songs she likes. I hope that doesn't sound like I'm mocking her, I'm absolutely not but you do have to find humour otherwise you'd find it all too sad and you wouldn't go back.

By the way, I've back blipped today as I haven't been Blipping for absolutely ages. It's all iphone images so forgive the quality, I'll be back on tomorrow with my regular camera. 100th blipday here I come!!!
