Any Excuse

My aunt Betty was very unwell indeed having ended up in hospital with ecoli septicemia. Horrendous. After much TLC and enough drugs to bring down a herd of buffalo she was sent home to recuperate. My sister, brother in law and myself traipsed down on the train to see her and stopped off at the beach to get the wind in our hair and tire out the dogs.

I found myself walking along Prestwick beach with a bag of frozen soup in one hand and warm bag of dog poo in the other. Not a position I would like to repeat. I'm glad to report that I binned the correct bag and gave my aunt the soup!
