Candle power
I've been meaning to blip a shot like this ever since I registered. Seeing as I forgot to take the camera to work today, it seemed inevitable that my blip for today would end up being captured in the house again. This is actually three candles but the DOF is so narrow I might as well have just used one! This is another Raynox 150 effort. It's a bit easier to use with reasonably stationery objects and using a tripod. I highly recommend one if anybody fancies trying a little macro photography without shelling out vast sums on a macro lens. I still want a macro lens though!
Today has been long and not entirely interesting. I did manage to get a bit of my groom's speech written. I also had a go at fixing a problem on our car that has been annoying us for ages, namely that the heater doesn't work. You can imagine that this has been somewhat of nuisance at this time of year. Brrrrr. Fingers crossed, it's fixed now but I have my doubts.
