Splotches

This old barn is like washed in snow, looks such funny, I think. It was about -2 Celsius but the good ol' North wind loved to blow today so it felt like -12.

I found my dancing dress today and tried it out also. Mom said she'll fix it a bit because I had some problems with the buckles backside last year when I danced for first time in the Dances of the Old. I really love that dress because mom made so great efforts for it and finished it just two days before the dances last February.

It's made of dark green textile decorated with fine flower ornaments and fits me perfectly. I have an underskirt made of tulle, too, but didn't use it last year because the hem of my dress is such wide without it too. Actually, I don't know many other people who had used a handmade dancing dress - anyway, I don't think it's a bad thing at all and mom always has high standards, so... :)

Tomorrow I'll be going to tell the 7th-graders about French and Russian so they maybe could make a decision and choose one of them as one of their optional school subjects. Last year there weren't enough volunteers to create a new French/Russian class so maybe this time we'll success with our great marketing... oh, I hope so!
