Ham & Cheese

Filmed today with Lesley Walters for the EU and a 'Denominación de Origen' film about Parma Ham and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Shoot over ran a little due to the 'sommelier' - he knew less about wine than our home economics guy, Daniel, but otherwise I think it went well and looked good.
