Nipped into Asda tonight to get milk for tonight. Got a friend coming for coffee.
As I drove past the big windows thought I'd stop and get a shot of it. The colour version was kind of garish so gone black and white on this one.

I am saving so much money not eating anything but I feel like I am getting better. Managed to successfully keep a children's portion of Lasagne down last night. The waiter did look at me funny, as did the guy in Costa when I asked for hot water earlier on.

Finished work at a different time tonight and the traffic was really bad, took me four minutes to get home instead of the usual two!
