Strawberry chocolate cheesecake

Second in the fortnightly series - another cheesecake, this time not baked. Cream cheese, double cream, strawberries, a drop of lemon juice and plain chocolate on a base of crushed amaretti biscuits, held together with melted chocolate and orange juice. Went down well, I think. I enjoyed it anyway!
