Spent several hours today wire/sanding this table, then white spirit, then oil. A beautiful piece of nature?s solidity in our dining room: In stark contrast to the vacuous navel gazing political life of this our island nation (ack. Seascapes).

Tried to buy an FSC wood sourced table back in the boom years, but I might as well have been asking for wood from the moon, so no idea where it is from.

Hopefully our most talented and energetic will get elected, but on past performance it will be those with the best customer service (God help us). In fact if Boredwitless is anything to go by, we are back to the '80s.

Back to reading .John McGuinness book now, looking for inspiration, as none of the parties web-sites have any identifiable polices for small businesses like mine (supposedly the backbone of the economy).
