Table for Two
'Twas chilly today when Bb and I walked out with our cameras and an inside shot had its attraction and so we headed towards the Gran Hotel Torre Catalunya and up to the 22nd floor. We'd been here before but without cameras. Ordered a cafe con leche and a coke and then whipped out the cameras. We were the only two there and so didn't feel we were intruding at all and the staff were fine about it. We'll definitely go back and might even book this table for dinner one night! You can see the the Torre Agbar, which is the head office for the Catalan water company and designed by the French architect Jean Nouvel, Gaudi's Sagrada Familia in the centre and building far left is Banco Sabadell (on Avenida Diagonal and it used to be Banco Atlantico). We then enjoyed our drinks and did, in fact, go for a walk. Back in now, chilli in the oven and am about to light the fire.
