Dragged myself out of bed and attempted to male myself feel more human. Still feeling pretty awful but it is James' mums bday and also the day that marks the end of her chemotherapy treatment so I really wanted to be ok to celebrate it with her. Dosed myself up with cold and flu tablets as well as many tissues and went out for a lovely walk and lunch-which I wouldst taste-then very slow walk back. Fireworks when it got dark and then cake. Stayed pretty perky whilst there but now I am home I feel pretty awful again.
Bath then bed I think. No option to be ill as my students tutor is in to do an observation tomorrow. Fingers crossed I'm over the worst of it.
