Christmas Cake

This weekend with friends in Yorkshire was our postponed Christmas. I made this cake in November and it was ready and perfect for the eating. Sadly I'm unable to eat sugar though so couldn't taste it and meant to share it out for everyone to take a slice home. Have got home and found it - totally forgot to give them some to away! Oh well, the husband will have to munch his way through it.
