Reluctant Bedmates

Phoebe and Maia don't much like each other and they fight over food all the time. Sometimes we have to actually pull Maia off the Beagle's neck, and neither of them will give up. They are competing for dominance in our little pack.

But when it's this cold and there's just one pillow in front of the wood stove, they snuggle up together like litter mates.

They look sort of like buddies, don't they?

Except for that wicked gleam in Maia's eye...
