Birds in flight

Took a walk in the park in Tallaght at lunchtime. It was a beautiful day, though very cold.

Got a joke by text: A man went into a library and asked the librarian where the Self Help section was. She replied "If I told you it would defeat the purpose":D

I have my course tonight. Skills assessment, which means I have to coach and be coached for real in front of the trainer. Always nerve racking.

Getting close to the end of the course now. Have to get a move on with assignments.
