Racing Colours
This was done by the same cross-polarising technique I first tried a few days ago in this blip - find an object made of rigid clear plastic and mount it between an LCD monitor showing just white, and a camera with a polarising filter on it, then rotate the filter to black-out the screen. Exposure needs to be set manually really for the best effect, and have the room otherwise darkened for best contrast.
The object this time is a small hollow plastic car that normally just holds hand-soap in the bathroom! I think it's supposed to be an old Porsche 911 that needs to go on a diet :-).
I wanted to make the car look like it's moving, so I added an exhaust by waving a hollow plastic tube around during the 2-second exposure :-)
