Savoury Broccoli Cakes

Or in the US, Savory Broccoli Muffins.....

Through a convoluted combination of blipping and blogging (which I couldn't begin to recreate!) came across this lovely recipe for a cold weather treat. Using any excuse to have the oven on to warm the house, and loving to spend a lazy Sunday morning puttering in the kitchen, this blip is my result. Not quite such perfect broccoli florets, but the taste? Buttery heaven on a plate ;-) Just wish I'd had 'Tuscany's' red pottery to serve them on.....
