St. Abbs Smooth Rocks
For my (probably) last dive in UK waters before leaving, Sarah & I headed to St. Abbs for a shore dive. We also combined my last dive with our Christmas Dive we've been half-heartedly attempting to do since November.
The combination of diver in Santa suit, fully decorated mini christmas tree (including lights), and Santa hats generated some amused looks. All this occuring at the end of January instead of the proper time also probably made this just a little more ridicolous...
Before going for the dive these rocks were visible on the walk to check out sea conditions. As the tide was rising they were well submerged on our return back from our (mostly) successful christmas dive.
