Fag ends.

I took this just before the last run down to the ski lift home. It kind of had that 'end of holiday' feeling.

Smoking is still allowed everywhere in Austria, inside and out, public and private. And folk smoke like chimneys. You could tell the locals, they were the ones who had a fag whilst being pulled up on the tows.

The weather the last three days was cloudy with snow flurries and flat light, but the snow was like silk and we had the confidence to do the Slalom, the big bumps in the snow park, and nearly all the black runs once they had four inches of champagne powder on them.

All in all and excellent holiday with excellent people.
