Annoyed

Today while I was out for a walk someone crashed into the side of my car, which was parked outside my house. They didn't leave any contact details or insurance info - and have not returned to say sorry.

My neighbour does not own an ice cream van.

The naughty car may not actually be blue - however my car is silver.
