A garden room - in the cellar

We went looking at woodburners today. With the price of heating oil being so high we've been looking at ways we can reduce our heating bills. Our first house had both a woodburner and an oil boiler working in conjunction to heat both the hot water and the radiators. Perhaps this time we will look at how this can be done incorporating solar panels as well.
