Or perhaps tied for first place. This is Lemon Grass Seafood Soup at a local Vietnamese reastaurant. It is heavy with shrimp, scallops, and squid. Terrific, unusual spices. No sliced carrot (a pet peeve of mine). I thought that the nearby Laotian Coconut Soup (served with a choice of shrimp, chicken, or tofu in the soup) was impossible to beat, but this bowl here is a gold medal winner.
