X Marks The Spot

A long long hectic day helping Winifred, my wife's mother, to move house. Almost 18 hours non stop from getting up early in Beverley (East Yorkshire), finishing packing and travelling to Nottingham to unpack, then back home to Stroud. Still unpacking debris from the car at midnight when Robin came back home from a party. An exhausting day but I think (and hope) a successful one.

No time for photography except a brief moment when I went outside Winifred's new home at dusk to collect something from the car. The vapour trails of passing aircraft made an X in the sky above her street. So here it is - not a great shot but simply marking a significant day for our family. X marks the spot of Winifred's new home.
