Old Farmstead

On the way to the car park at the foot of our local mountain,"Croghan Mountain", there are several old sheep farms, a few of which are still independent while the rest have either been absorbed into larger holdings or else abandoned and left to lie untended. Many of the old buildings have long since fallen apart but this one is still in use for storing fodder. I have been meaning to shoot it for ages so today was the day. Sometime soon I will don my boots and walk across the field to see what details I can shoot but for the present this view from the roadside will have to do.
