WAITING

We had the van serviced today, including new brakes. We waited for 3 hours and my eyesight was so blurry from reading that I could barely focus to drive. The man in the picture waited for hours for a lightbulb. The only time we spoke was when we were leaving and I said "Goodbye. Good luck".
