The mound

Had a nice evening with Julie tonight. We went to a book event at the library, which was very pleasant though maybe not the most exciting talk I've been to.
But we 'book-ended' it with visits to The Villager beforehand and Bar Kohl afterwards. I enjoyed those parts of the evening much more.
This shot was taken on the way home, sitting on the no 100 bus while it waited to depart from Waverley station. I ended up being the only passenger all the way from there out to the Maybury. It felt like my own big private taxi! Great value for £1.20!
