Caught in a Hurry

The tripod, long lens and camera were at the ready. I just wasn't prepared for a plane to fly across the moon. I HAD to get this one in a hurry.

Taken from inside, through a window, with the moon low in the sky, its not the best, but the plane can just be made out. I wonder whether I'll get better results with RAW??
