Pet hate!

This sticker is on the side of Falkirk Council dog waste bins.During the snow I do not think many people were giving themselves a pat on the head! They seemed to think there was no need to clean up after their dog. The result is patently obvious in our surrounding area. You will realise this is one of my pet hates (excuse the pun). As a dog owner I feel it is your duty to bag it and bin it! Rant over!!!
