Making vast quantities of soup tonight. Sweet Potato and Pepper, Lentil, and Pea and Ham. Pea Soup, eh... I bet you can't. :)
Eating soup every lunchtime instead of sandwiches helps with the weight loss. You just have to remember to avoid Tesco Cafe. Like last Thursday. And today. Thursday is turning into treat day. At least I avoided the Jalfrezi - at 1100 calories! They print the nutritional information on the menu now!
