Our Old City Hall..across the road from our New City Hall.

Today I did a homeless walkabout in downtown Toronto today with the students I am taking to South Africa in March. The purpose is to have our boys compare/contrast poverty between Canada and South Africa. Our guide was a man who lived on the streets for 19 years before he got clean and now does these guides.

Part of the Old City Hall had and still has courts of law in them and the boys were guided as what it was like to work through the system as a criminal and homeless man. Very powerful.
