I have been on a training course this week in the old Town Hall in Bromley which is Grade II listed. Beautiful architecture and art deco styling. And rather poignant as this is where I got married. So memories of the day come to the fore. Walking past the room I was married in each day has lead me to want to put my nose round the door to see what it is like now. Perhaps though its better not to and to leave my memories intact.
The Council intend to sell the building with a long lease. Its aim is that it is converted into a hotel. This would I think allow for the the building and its interior to be displayed at its best. This is one of two large glass lights hanging in my training room which I have admired this week.
