internet free

it's not on my resolution list but i'm going to try and make sundays 'internet free' days. i did my first one today and managed till 5.30pm. so i didn't do the whole day, but you have to start somewhere hey?!

went for the first run today and it was actually better than expected. sam came with me and he's done a half marathon so i thought he was gonna kill me but i kept up quite well. 3 miles with a bit of walking...like i said, you have to start somewhere!

while i was online i had a look at the route of the map. i know it's a bit early to start geeking but i used to live in manchester so i wanted to see if i knew any of the route. i also found out that lots of z list celebs do the race. bonus!
