More chocolate....

This morning I finally finished my Mum's birthday cake (the practice version can be seen here).

This is one of the white chocolate roses on the top.

I now have to transport it across the country in my car which is a little bit scary. It's in a big cake box now so hopefully it will get there in one piece!
