Fu(2) is the character in the middle of this "red dot"
Fu(2) with the second tone in Chinese means luck, happiness, good fortune... it epitomizes the spirit of the Chinese New Year that is approaching fast and will be arriving on February 2nd.

BTW: in Shanghai it snowed and is snowing again and I like it!
