From Isla Amantaní to Isla Taquile
After saying goodbye to our family, we took the boat to the last island (Taquile Island on our tour. This island is known for its knitting, which you could note. At the other island, a few times I noticed people walking around with sheep-wool making thread out of it. Besides that, you see them here knitting.
(Especially to The No) yes I asked, and after I shot the pictures the guy wanted "un sol" (the local currency). They ask for it everywhere here. I didn?t give it by the way; it will only encourage begging even more. He probably went sitting in front of us because he wanted me to take a picture of him so he could ask for money after that.
