Homemade Pavlova.

Official Countdown to New York - 10 days!

Now I can look up the weather for the day we arrive! :D

Today's been a nice relaxing day, made some Pavlova, Becca came over, we watched Cakes Boss (we love that show!) and The Golden Globes. Then we looked up some New York stuff, and booked our tickets for The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, very excited about that. :D

After that we went to Caroline's for a nice wee girly night in. Caroline made an amazing Thai Curry and we had my pavlova for dessert. We also played some games on the Wii and watched Madagascar 2. It was a lovely wee night.

Going out for lunch with the girlies tomorrow. :D
