Marinara (on the hoof)

Scintilla and I were both taught by our mother to cook spaghetti sauce. Now when we have family get togethers, one night is always Italian cuisine. I'm quite fond of linguine with clam sauce, Dr P gets excited by mussels in marinara sauce, Scintilla makes a mean meat sauce that's great with parmesan cheese and garlic bread, and our sister HJ can crank out a most delectable lasagna. This time of year tomatoes and garlic are great for the sinuses.
