Walk 1 Around and About.

Corinne and I are now following a booklet produced by friends in our local 'Players' group called 'Local Walks by Local Walkers'. The funds raised are going to the Congregational church.

We have been asked to make notes of any editing required as we follow these walks but it is more difficult than you think as in the main we know where we are going so we have to imagine that it is all new territory.

With the blue skies today we had a lovely walk but again it was mainly through the trees that surround out village.

This path is in the St Ives estate just above Lady Blantyre's rock. I liked it because the sun brought out the burnt orange colour of the soft carpet of pine needles on the floor.
