frosty morning

A beautiful frosty morning after a clear night. This was the view from car..I love these mornings as they are so bright and hopeful...wish I could say the same about management meeting today. How do we present a 5% pay cut hopefully especially when work pressures have already increased with staff cuts? standards will fall :-(
