I think that is what they are. Lovely day today with Carys, after nursery went to Tumbletots then for a drink and cake before storytime at the children's centre. All on the bike, my god my legs hurt. Carys has definately put on weight since our last excursion, but it will help get the fitness levels up.

Now having the tea battle, she is refusing to eat anymore than three bites of a sandwich. I know she won't starve but also know she will be up at 5am hungry if she doesn't eat any more. ARGH!!!
